This page will help prepare you for your visit to our office.
Bring all of your current eyeglasses, contact lenses, solutions, and eye medications so the doctor can better evaluate your needs. Also bring your general medication list.
Bring all vision and medical insurance cards with you to the office. Be sure to contact your Human Resources Department ahead of time if you are not sure of the name of your insurance plans. If you do not have insurance information, you will be responsible for paying for all services at your visit. Vision versus Medical Billing?
The eye examination takes about 45-60 minutes. If you need a contact lens examination, or desire to choose eyeglasses, your visit will take longer. Often emergencies or complications may prolong your visit.
Optos Imaging (screening) eliminates the need for dilation for most patients and allows us to get an ultra-wide image of the retina (back of the eye) to better care for you. Many eye diseases develop without symptoms, they are often first discovered during a comprehensive eye examination.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment.
Payment is expected at the time services are received unless insurance coverage can be confirmed. A minimum 50% deposit is required to order materials.
